During business hours, please use the bins located just inside the store, or ring the bell at our loading dock at the very back of the building. Large furniture and appliances brought to us will be accepted only if in clean condition and undamaged. We have the right to refuse any donations that we determine we cannot sell.
Donation Pick-up: Please call to arrange for a pick-up: 519-438-3056. We cannot pick-up large furniture and large appliances.
Most needed items: Children’s and men’s clothing, bed and bath linens, pots and pans, good quality can openers, kitchen and household items.

Thanks to our 100+ store volunteers yearly and generous donations received continually, we are able to run two unique programs that provide assistance to our community:

1. We provide families and individuals in need with free clothing/household articles by way of a voucher system, used by 60+ referring community partners. Client vouchers filled: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

2. We have run the Warm Hands – Warm Hearts Outreach Program since 1995. We partner with local elementary schools from November to February to provide needed winter clothing items without any cost to repients. Deliveries are made monthly by way of our Mission Services can.

Volunteer Opportunities: We have various volunteer opportunites (about a dozen!) on an ongoing basis to suit students, those retired, those looking for transferrable skills and those wanting to help impact lives in the community. Please call our Volunteer Relations Coordinator at 519-433-2807 ext. 2105 to learn more. We provide the training, you provide the smile.
