Thanks to our 100+ store volunteers yearly and generous donations received continually, we are able to run two unique programs that provide assistance to our community:

1. The Store provides families and individuals in need with free clothing/household articles by way of a voucher system, used by 50+ referring community partners.

2. The Store has run the Warm Hands – Warm Hearts Outreach Program since 1995. We partner with local elementary schools to provide needed children’s clothing in the cold months. It runs from November to February and gives free socks, underwear mittens, hats, and fleece tops/bottoms to children in need.  The store takes donations and distributes items in boxes to participating schools once per month.

Volunteer Opportunities: We have various volunteer opportunites (about a dozen!) on an ongoing basis to suit students, those retired, those looking for transferrable skills and those wanting to help impact lives in the community. Please call our Volunteer Relations Coordinator at 519-433-2807 ext. 2105 to learn more. We provide the training, you provide the smile.
