Scan Away Hunger is Mission Services of London’s annual campaign to help cover the costs of meals for participants staying at Mission Services of London’s two emergency shelters, Men’s Mission and Rotholme Family Shelter, and our live-in addiction treatment center, Quintin Warner House.
Mission Services of London serves approximately 200,000 meals per year. Each participant at each site is offered three nutritious meals per day and snacks.
Scan Away Hunger asks for donations of $3.99 (or multiples thereof), and the donations made help to support meal costs for participants year-round.
Donations can be made online from November 1 until December 31 through the following link: https://missionservices.ca/give-online/
Shoppers can also donate $3.99 to contribute a meal during checkout at participating locations in London from November 1 until December 31. There are fifteen locations involved:
Valumart ® – 2 locations
Food Basics ® – 5 locations
Compass Food Services – 1 location
Metro ® – 5 locations
Remark Fresh Food – 1 location
Mission Store – 1 location
Thank you for considering the participants staying at Mission Services of London’s Men’s Mission, Rotholme Family Shelter, and Quintin Warner House.
