Our employees are the foundation of Mission Services of London. As of April 1st, 2017, we became a Living Wage employer. From the newest employee to senior management, we seek to live by four core values:
Compassion that respects and values the diversity of others.
Hope that inspires people to reach their full potential.
Integrity that accepts responsibility, honours confidentiality and demonstrates consistency.
Diligence that perseveres, stays the course and advocates for those who cannot.
Local living wage rates are calculated and peer-reviewed on an annual basis where possible. As of April 1st, 2020, Mission Services of London will implement the new living wage rate of $16.20, an increase from the previous rate of $15.50.
