The Community Mental Health Program is pleased to announce the following within the Transitional Community Support Worker Program.
The role of Transitional Community Support Worker provides individuals with short-term crisis management support for clients identified as requiring community-based mental health support.
Jessica Marlatt has been awarded the Contract Full-Time position as Transitional Community Support Worker effective September 8th, 2015 through September 2nd, 2016, to cover a maternity leave.
Jessica came to Mission Services of London in December 2011 as an Intern at CMHP, where she gained experience in the Gathering Place, the Resource Centre as well as Streetscape. She also worked as a Social Service Worker’s Aide within the Resource Centre. Jessica joined Mission Services of London in August 2012 as a Community Support Worker within CMHP. Most recently she has worked as a Casual Relief Resident Care Worker within Men’s Mission as well as a Family Support Worker with Victorian Order of Nurses.
Jessica is continuing her education towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science at University of Western Ontario with a double major in Psychology and Thanatology.
