On Saturday, Feb. 22nd, 2020 thousands of Canadians of all ages, in six time zones, in cities and towns from the Pacific to the Atlantic, will walk together in the Coldest Night of the Year Walk.
To collect pledges and join us, register to walk or start a team at cnoy.org/london today! Pledges (i.e. donations) collected by walkers will give hope and practical assistance to hundreds of men, women and children in 2020!
Locally, Mission Services of London will host the event for the eighth time in a row. With a crowd 200-300 walkers raising funds in the form of pledges, and more than 40 volunteers, the event brings the community together for the benefit of neighbours in need. With a fundraising goal of $70,000 this year, every walker and donation/pledge counts! Proceeds will be spread across the five Mission Services of London branches to help men, women and children experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness in the London area. Register to walk or volunteer, or make a donation/pledge to your friend’s walk at cnoy.org/london! You’ll be helping those who need it most in our community!
Thank you to all the walkers, donors, sponsors, volunteers and partners who made the event possible last February! Here’s the video from the 2019 event:
