Q: Why is my email address required for registration?
A: We require your email address in order to email you a special link to join the webinar via Zoom. This link will be emailed to you close to the day of the webinar. We kindly ask that you do not share this link with anyone.

Please add email@example.com to your contact list to prevent the email from going into your spam folder.
Q: How do I download the Zoom app?

You also have the ability to mute your microphone, turn your camera on and off, change your background, change your screen name, and more.
Q: I do not have a webcam. Can I still participate?
A: Yes, you can participate in the webinar without the use of a webcam, though you will be unable to transmit video of yourself. You will still be able to view the webcam footage of other participants.
Q: How can I test my internet connection to make sure I am able to run Zoom on my device?
A: Test your internet connection by joining a test Zoom meeting. A minimum bandwidth of 2.0 Mbps (up/down) is recommended. If you experience “choppy” audio or video, turning your video feature off may alleviate the issue.

A: If you have not received a link to the webinar by Feb. 4, please check your email spam folder for an email from Adrianna Gardiner. If you cannot locate the email in your spam folder, please send an email to Adrianna at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can further investigate the issue.
