Is it Back to School shopping time already?

For families using services at Rotholme Women’s and Family Shelter, both those staying in shelter and those who have transitioned recently to homes, the extra expense of back to school can be a challenge. That is why we hold our Back to School Campaign at this time each year. It serves to ease this burden, and set up students for success with the right supplies.

What’s needed? Items needed range for students aged four to 18 and include: peanut free snacks, backpacks, lunch bags, water bottles, locks, scientific calculators, geometry math sets, notebooks, glue sticks, pencil cases, pencils, erasers, pens, pencil crayons, markers and highlighters. Gift cards for footwear are also appreciated.

Donations can be dropped off at before August 23rd:

  1. -Rotholme Women’s and Family Shelter, 42 Stanley Street
  2. -Mission Services of London Administration Office, 797 York Street (8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday) – we are located to the right of the Mission Store, not in the store
  3. -Fresh Radio 103.1 FM (Corus Entertainment), 380 Wellington Street

For more information on how you or your organization can make a donation to this campaign, please contact Connie at 519-433-2807 ext. 2108. Thank you!
