Mission Services of London is pleased to announce a new addition to our exceptional development team. Ericka Ayala Ronson has been named Director of Fundraising/Development. As a member of the senior management team, Ayala Ronson will be responsible for the development and implementation of Mission Services of London’s fundraising strategy and will provide ongoing leadership to the department. “We are thrilled to have Ericka as part of our team,” said Peter Rozeluk, Executive Director of Mission Services of London. “She brings a level of expertise and enthusiasm which will move our organization forward.”
With an honours degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a long standing commitment to the nonprofit sector, Ayala Ronson is a member of Pillar Nonprofit Network’s distinguished Board of Directors and an active member of the London & Region Fundraising Executives (LRFRE). Ayala Ronson brings with her a strong background in sales, marketing and organization analysis, a well rounded knowledge of major gifts, corporate partnerships and legacy giving. Her experience has given her exceptional relationship building and management skills.

Known for her leadership, keen eye for strategy and ability to cultivate relationships, Ayala Ronson is a welcome addition to Mission Services of London.
