YOGA…YOGA…YOGA…Yoga Shack is stretching out with an appeal to create the biggest community yoga class in London – and raise money for Mission Services. The “Yoga Shack Gives Back” yoga class for Mission Services hopes to attract 500 participants on Sunday, July 17 for a 60-minute community yoga class. All yoga students, ages ten and up, are welcome. This is a great opportunity for first timers to experience the many benefits of yoga and support Mission Services of London.

About the Event
- What: Yoga Shack Gives Back: yoga class for Mission Services of London
- When: Sunday, July 17 from 10am to 12pm
- Time: Registration opens at 9 am, Yoga class from 10am to 11am
- Where: Gate 1, John Labatt Centre at Talbot St. and King St.
- Cost: By donation, each $25 donated receives a prize ballot
Participants can pre-register at yogashack.ca and will be eligible for great prizes. For each $25 donation, participants will get a ballot for a draw for a free, one-year unlimited membership at the Yoga Shack.
Lisa Shackelton, owner of Yoga Shack and founder of Hybrid Flow Yoga will lead the class. All experience levels are welcome, ages ten and up. Participants need to bring a yoga mat and a non-disposable water bottle.
Taking the karma yoga class to a whole new level, with the JLC Jumbotron and sound system.
The hope is to set a record for participants and donations.
In keeping with yoga tradition, Yoga Shack regularly offers karma classes where participants make a donation to charity in lieu of a class fee. To date, Yoga Shack has donated over $10 000 to local charities including London Humane Society, ReForest London, Mission Services of London and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
